Rental Solutions Software is developed and released by KISS Computing, Inc., a custom software and web development company with offices on Cape Cod, Massachusetts, and Dublin, Ireland.

Several years ago, KISS Computing developed a direct on line reservation system for hotels and other accommodations businesses. During the course of that project, other on line reservation system ideas came to mind, including one for rental properties (seasonal and year-round), and one for golf courses (tee times). In 2006, KISS decided to act upon those ideas, and its Rental Solutions Software was one of the results.

The first site using this system was developed for clients in Dublin, Ireland, and their site is www.rentalsolutions-ireland.com. The second site, one for the UK, has been developed, and is available for sale here: www.rentalsolutions-uk.com. This site is the Cape Cod version, and KISS Computing decided to keep it for itself.

It is our intention over the course of the next few months to introduce another site and software system - - the second component in our on line reservation system ideas - - www.golftimecapecod.com, a site for the booking of golf tee time reservations at local golf courses. The purpose of this family of web sites and on line businesses is to create simple yet comprehensive resource for one's Cape Cod vacation needs: locating a vacation rental property and booking tee times at Cape Cod golf courses.
