We'd like to take a moment to introduce you to the basics of this Site to help you understand the process and the features we've included to make your use of this Resource easy, quick and successful.

FOR PROPERTY OWNERS

You'll find in the navigation menu to the left the item: "List Your Property."

Select that item, click on it, and you'll find yourself taken to the Sign Up page. We've offered some suggestions and an explanation on that page for the opening of an account in our system. Simply select the category from among the three presented that describes you, and click "Sign Up."

The Sign Up page will present, and you'll be asked to provide your information, ie., name, address, billing data, credit card data, and upon completion, you'll click "Sign Up" at the bottom. That's all you have to do in order to open an account with Rental Solutions Ireland, and we've included on all of these pages explanatory text to walk you through the process.

Once your account is opened, you'll be able to login and access your account by using your email address and the password you chose for your account.

The entering of your Rental Property Listing is an easy process, accomplished simply by filling in the fields provided, adding photographs, listing the periods of availability using our dynamic calendar feature, posting the rental rates for those periods of availability, adding your Terms and Conditions or Rental Agreement, and saving each listing.

Our system will take care of the rest in displaying your listings on the visitor side of the site for renters to find and review. If you have an existing web site, our system even allows your listing pages to be integrated with it. The integration is seamless and customizable to meet the look, feel and design of your existing site.

We've included on each page in the process some Helpful Suggestions on how our system works and what you need to do for your Property Listings to appear. The process is easy to follow and quick to accomplish. Before you know it, your Property Listing will appear just as you have entered it in your Password-Protected Management Panel.

FOR RENTERS

We've made your Search Process easy by offering you three ways to find a Property Listing that meets your needs:

The Map The Balloons on the map indicate a Property Listing at that location. You can Zoom In and Zoom Out on the map by using the controls on the left side. When you click on a Balloon, it will open a larger Balloon with some brief mention of that Property Listing, and by clicking on it you'll be taken to that Property's Listing Page where you can learn all about it.
Advanced Search This Search Feature allows you to look for a Specific Property Type by various criteria, including location, number of people, price range, availability dates and more. The further detail you provide in each of these fields, the more specific the Search Results will be, and the more likely they will meet your needs. It is not necessary you choose an option for each field, but the more you choose, the better the results will be for you.
Browse This Feature allows you to browse generally among the various categories offered: location, property type, number of people, rates ranges and availability. The Search Results here will be more general, and all properties meeting the general categories will be presented. This Search Feature is for the more casual Renter who simply wants to know what might be offered, and armed with that general information might decide that an Advanced Search would then be in order.
Booking When a Property Listing that meets your needs is found, you'll be able to read all about it, see photos, check on its availability for the period you need, and see a list of all attributes and amenities included with the Property. When you decide that Property is for you, the "Book" button will take you to the form where you can provide all of your information, including credit card data, and Book the Property right then and there. You'll receive an immediate Email Confirmed Reservation, along with all details and a copy of the Property's Terms and Conditions. All you have to do after that is arrive, and the Property is yours for the term you've reserved.
