Opening an account and listing your holiday or vacation rental property is easy, simple and quick. First, you must open your account in our System, though. Select the category of account that describes your needs from those offered below, and click "Signup." There is a one time account activation fee of $100 that will be added to your sign up, along with your first month's or annual account fee, depending on your choice of payment options.

Features List

Once your account is opened, you'll be able to begin entering your rental properties. Features of property listings in your account include:

• The ability to add/edit/delete descriptive text about each property you are listing.
  
  
• The ability to upload as many photos as you believe it will take to present your rental property in its most favorable light.
  
  
• The ability to select from an extensive list of rental property attributes and amenities that once selected from will automatically organise and present those features in a visually pleasing way on your listing pages.
  
  
• A fully featured availability calendar that will permit you to identify the time periods when your rental property is available for letting, and to set the rental rates for those periods. We've built this feature so it is adaptable to the way you let your rental properties, rather than make the way you let your properties adapt to our technology.
